Claymore timber frame is an innovative company and our management team have a proven track record of quality, abilities and customer service within the timber frame industry.
We have a long service history in the industry with many satisfied customers behind us and intend to have many new ones as we go forward.
From our inception in April 2010, we have provided many timber framed kit projects to our customer base comprising of one off bespoke self build house builders through small to medium building firms.
Claymore Timber Frame Ltd have attended and exhibited each year at building exhibitions in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Aviemore and Perth. Feel free to come along and meet us at any of these exhibitions or at our premises in Ladybank.
Our company is set up to provide a full technical service assisting with drawings and designs, U-Values, SAP Ratings, Energy Performance Certification, Passive Design and can incorporate innovative ecological construction methods to achieve all planning and building standard requirements.
We give advice on any cost savings which could be achieved for the client through our knowledge of available products in the market place, which are sourced through our strong supply chain of quality knowledgeable companies.

All our timber framed projects are manufactured in a controlled environment in our factory at Pine Lodge, Ladybank. We take great pride in our quality control throughout the manufacturing processes, loading and delivery of the timber framed projects.
We have a strong team of employees who have a great pride in their workmanship, are very conscientious in their approach to all the activities involved in supplying the timber framed projects.

We can provide a service to one off clients, small to medium sized localised builders right through to national developers in the UK, Coastal Islands and abroad.
